About me
My name is Deborah and unless you’re Dutch, you probably wrongfully pronounce my name as “Debra”. I'd like to inform you that the correct pronunciation of my name is “they-bore-raa”. Now we’ve got that unpleasantness out of the way, lets continue with the more important stuff. I’m a girl, obviously, and was born and raised in ’s-Gravendeel, a small village which lays in the western part of the Netherlands. Due to construction plans to our old neighbourhood and the overall expensive house market in the Netherlands, my parents decided to move to my father’s birth country, Belgium, and of course I had no choice but to hop along with them. Since April 2008 we live in the northern Belgian city Lommel, and although the people talk with annoying Limburg accents here, I’m quite pleased to be here and call this my new home. As for now I don’t have a job and I’m not sure if I will ever find a job that will fit in with the circadian rhythm sleep disorder I have. It’s called Non-24-Hour Sleep-Wake Syndrome and you can read more about it below. Most of my days are spend in front of the computer while listening to music, watching movies, and spending time with my pets, who mean a lot to me.
